Custom & Pre-Orders: Allow 4–6 weeks for production before shipping.
Ready-to-Purchase Items: Dispatched within 3–4 business days.
Orders containing both ready and pre-order items will be shipped together once all pieces are ready.

Free Shipping on orders $500 and above.
Standard Shipping only.
Express Shipping: Available on request — please contact us before ordering.
All parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking.
Shipping Rates:
Small items (e.g. mugs, small bowls) — $12
Medium items (e.g. serving bowls, small vases) — $15
Large items (e.g. large vases, sets, sculptures) — $25
Local pickup/drop off available by request. Margaret River Based Only.
Packaging
Each item is securely wrapped using protective and recyclable materials.
Returns & Exchanges
No returns or exchanges for change of mind or variations in shape, tone, or glaze.
If your item arrives damaged, please email photos to dariyagratte@hotmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
We’ll assess and arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on stock availability.
International Orders
International shipping available on request.
Buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees.
