Processing Times

  • Custom & Pre-Orders: Allow 4–6 weeks for production before shipping.

  • Ready-to-Purchase Items: Dispatched within 3–4 business days.

  • Orders containing both ready and pre-order items will be shipped together once all pieces are ready.

Shipping

  • Free Shipping on orders $500 and above.

  • Standard Shipping only.

  • Express Shipping: Available on request — please contact us before ordering.

  • All parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking.

  • Shipping Rates:

    • Small items (e.g. mugs, small bowls) — $12

    • Medium items (e.g. serving bowls, small vases) — $15

    • Large items (e.g. large vases, sets, sculptures) — $25

  • Local pickup/drop off available by request. Margaret River Based Only.

Packaging

Each item is securely wrapped using protective and recyclable materials.

Returns & Exchanges

  • No returns or exchanges for change of mind or variations in shape, tone, or glaze.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please email photos to dariyagratte@hotmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

  • We’ll assess and arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on stock availability.

International Orders

  • International shipping available on request.

  • Buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees.

  • Delivery times vary (typically 2–4 weeks).
